These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website wifijammerdetector.com (the "Website"), the mobile application (the "App"), and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Eye LLC ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"). The Services allow users to purchase and use our WiFi jamming detection security device (the "Device"), which monitors the RF environment for WiFi jamming activity when plugged into an Ethernet port, and to interact with the Device via the App.

By accessing or using the Services, purchasing the Device, or downloading the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or purchase the Device. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, including the App and Device monitoring, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Purchase of Device

  • Orders: All orders for the Device are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Pricing and Payment: Prices are as listed on the Website. You agree to pay all charges, including shipping and taxes. Payments are processed through third-party providers.

  • Shipping: We ship to addresses provided. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Delivery times are estimates.

  • Returns and Refunds: We offer a 90-day return policy. See our Return Policy for details.

4. Use of the Device and App

  • The Device is intended for lawful monitoring of WiFi jamming activity in your own network environment.

  • You agree not to use the Device or App for illegal purposes, including interfering with others' networks or violating FCC regulations on RF devices.

  • The App connects to the Device to display monitoring data. Data transmission requires internet connectivity.

5. License to App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your mobile device for personal use with the Device. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology in the Services, Device, and App are owned by us or our licensors. You receive no ownership rights except the limited license above.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

  • Interfere with the Services or Device functionality.

  • Attempt to access unauthorized data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES, DEVICE, AND APP ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE DEVICE WILL DETECT ALL JAMMING ACTIVITY, THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE. THE DEVICE IS NOT A GUARANTEED SECURITY SOLUTION AND SHOULD BE USED WITH OTHER MEASURES.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR DEVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE DEVICE.

The Device monitors RF signals but does not guarantee detection or prevention of threats.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or Device, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in California.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
